Common questions

Do I need any technical knowledge?

None at all. We handle every part of the setup, configuration, and maintenance. You tell us what you need in a 30-minute call and we take it from there. Your only job is to check your portal and use the results.

How long does it take to go live?

Most clients are live within 48 hours of their onboarding call. We configure everything on our side, connect your tools, test end to end, and hand you access to your dashboard, all within two working days.

What tools and software does it connect with?

We connect with the tools you already use: Gmail, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, QuickBooks, Shopify, Xero, and Google Drive, with more being added regularly. If you use something not on that list, ask us, as custom integrations are available on the Custom plan.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your data is stored in an isolated, encrypted database and is never shared with other clients or used to train AI models. We use Supabase for data storage with row-level security, and all traffic is encrypted in transit. We are registered with the ICO (ZC135932) and operate under UK GDPR.

What if the automation does something wrong?

We monitor all automations and you have full visibility in your dashboard. Nothing is sent or actioned without your review unless you have explicitly configured it that way. If something ever looks off, reply to your notification email or contact us directly and we will fix it the same day.

Can I cancel?

Yes. All plans are on a 3-month minimum term, then rolling monthly with 30 days written notice to cancel. No long lock-ins, no cancellation fees.

What if my needs do not fit a standard plan?

That is exactly what the Custom plan is for. We will get on a call, scope out what you need, and give you a fixed quote. Many of our best projects have been ones that did not fit neatly into a standard tier.
