1. Agreement

By accessing or using Aldrix AI services you agree to these terms. These terms form a contract between you ("Client") and Aldrix AI Ltd, registered in England & Wales.

2. Services

Aldrix AI provides AI-powered automation services as described in your plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

3. Payment

Fees are charged monthly in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

4. Client responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide
• You must not use the service for unlawful purposes
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

5. Intellectual property

Outputs generated by Aldrix AI automations using your data are owned by you. Our platform, software, and systems remain the property of Aldrix AI Ltd.

6. Limitation of liability

Aldrix AI is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months prior to any claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
